External Third Parties

In order to provide our services, we use a number of trusted services providers. Details of these service providers can be found below.

  • Service providers acting as processors based in the EEA and the United States who provide IT services, such as Amazon Web Services. Amazon Web Services provide hosting services for the Website.
  • Professional advisers acting as processors or joint controllers including lawyers, auditors and insurers based in the United Kingdom who provide consultancy, banking, legal, insurance and accounting services.
  • HM Revenue & Customs, the Financial Conduct Authority, regulators and other authorities acting as processors based in the United Kingdom who require reporting of processing activities in certain circumstances.
  • Our payment service provider, Stripe, is based in the United States. Stripe collects payment for our services. We will share such information with Stripe as is necessary for us to provide our services;
  • Our KYC provider, Experian, is based in the United States. We will share your Identity Data with them in order to verify your identity to allow us to comply with our regulatory obligations.
  • Our AML and Sanction checking provider, ComplyAdvantage, is based in the United Kingdom. We will share your Name and year of birth with them in order to allow us to comply with our regulatory obligations.
  • We use Hubspot, based in Germany and the United States, to provide customer services and management support. We will share your personal data with Hubspot to enable them to provide customer support services.
  • We use DocuSign to issue formal contact documentation for signature. We will share your name, title, and email address with DocuSign to enable the contractual documentation to be issued for signature. This is necessary for us to provide our services;
  • Google Analytics acting as processors based in the EEA and United States which is a web analytics service offered by Google to provide monitoring services of site usage.
  • Google Workspace acting as processors based in the EEA and the United States who provide document storage and email services.
  • Google Ads acting as processors in the EEA and the United States who provide advertising services.
  • Companies House acting as processors based in the United Kingdom who provide services in company formation and company updates as the United Kingdom’s registrar of companies.
  • Clicksend acting as processor based in Australia and operating worldwide who provide online mail sending services through the cloud.
  • Experian acting as processors based in the United States with the ability to move data elsewhere who provide identification checks.
